1. Check the Wi-Fi Connectivity

If in case, your Windows laptop is connected to Wi-Fi 2.4GHz band then it may trigger some issues whatsoever. Make sure to turn off Wi-Fi on the computer and try checking the Realme Buds connectivity issue again.

2. Use Safe Mode

You should also try booting your Windows laptop in the Safe Mode and then try connecting the Realme Buds headphone to ensure if the problem is still appearing or not. Safe Mode boots the system and its core applications only so that affected users can easily troubleshoot the issue of what’s going on actually. To boot your Windows laptop in the Safe Mode, do the following steps:

  • Press the Windows + R keys on the keyboard to open the Run dialog box.
  • Type msconfig in the field then hit Enter to open System Configuration.
  • Click on the Boot tab > Here click on the Safe boot checkbox to enable it and click on Apply then OK.

Once you’re sure enough that what’s causing the issue or if you want to exit the Safe Mode, just restart your computer normally as you usually do.

3. Charge your Realme Buds

Make sure to simply connect the charging cable to the Realme Buds charging port and connect another part of the cable to the computer or to an adapter (plug into the power source) to charge the battery level sufficiently. After charging the headphones for around 30 minutes, you can try connecting to the laptop again.

4. Forget Realme Buds Wireless and Pair again

  • Detach the pair of earbuds first from its magnetic position > Press and hold the multifunction button and wait for a couple of seconds until the Realme Buds wireless enter into the pairing mode.
  • Now, open Bluetooth on your laptop and search for the Realme Buds wireless under the available or connected devices list.
  • If you find the connected device under the list then make sure to delete or forget it.
  • Then search for the buds again and tap on it > Next, tap on Pair to allow the pairing mode with the laptop.
  • Once paired, you can easily download the Realme Link app and connect the wireless buds (sync it).
